1. User Accounts & Security

By registering or using NextEdu (via Mobile OTP or Google Sign-In), you agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of your account credentials.

Single Session Rule: Each user account is strictly bound to a single active session. Simultaneous logins across multiple devices or account sharing with un-registered users is strictly prohibited.
Google OAuth Consent: When using "Continue with Google", your name and verified email address are used solely for account authentication, streak tracking, and security alerts.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

2. Subscriptions, Pricing & Access

NextEdu provides comprehensive exam preparation portals for Competitive Exams (IAS, RAS, NEET, JEE, NDA, PTET, UGC NET, NTPC, SSC) and Academic Boards (CBSE, RBSE, UP Board, MP Board).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

STRICTLY 100% NON-REFUNDABLE

All payments made on NextEdu — including Portal Subscriptions, Wallet Top-Ups, Test Series purchases, or Premium Add-ons — are 100% FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Once a transaction is completed, no refund, chargeback, or cancellation requests will be entertained. Please review course details carefully before making a payment.

4. Fair Usage, Leaderboards & Anti-Cheat

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against unfair advantage, automated bots, script tampering, or mock test manipulation to preserve leaderboard integrity.

API & Script Tampering: Any attempt to modify API payloads, bypass test timers, or inject answer keys will result in an instant permanent ban.
Referral Integrity: Creating fake or self-referred accounts to harvest referral bonuses is strictly banned. Violators will forfeit their entire wallet balance.
Leaderboard Ranking: NextEdu reserves the right to reset XP scores, streaks, or remove users from public leaderboards if anomalous activity is flagged.

5. NextEdu AI Study Planner Disclaimer

The NextEdu AI Detailed Study Planner generates comparative analytics and study suggestions based on student test attempts.

AI recommendations are generated dynamically as educational aids and do not guarantee specific exam pass results.
Syllabus patterns, weak topic breakdowns, and time-management strategies are designed to supplement regular study routines.

6. Telegram Notifications & Alerts

Our platform uses automated Telegram integration for security notifications, OTP verification, and new login alerts.

By connecting your Telegram ID, you consent to receive account security alerts, performance updates, and portal announcements directly via our official Telegram bot.

7. Account Termination

Administrators reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any user account without prior notice if a user is found violating these terms, engaging in harassment, or abusing platform APIs.
